You can increase the tension by wrapping the elastic around your hands and moving it away from your body. Then, do eight to twelve repetitions of the same movement.

To use the resistance tube, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the handles of the resistance tube with an overhand grip and engage your core. Hold the handles for about 30 seconds and repeat. Start with eight to ten repetitions, and gradually increase the number of reps to build up your endurance. Then, switch to lower-height grips.
